| Ground Angel Requirements
Houston Ground Angels does not conduct mission
orientations for its Ground Angel applicants. We rely on the Ground Angel applicant to meet the
following minimum standards and supply requested documentation before acceptance as a Houston Ground Angel.
Ground Angel applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Have the minimum required by law insurance coverage.
- Understand the guidelines for transporting patients as a representative of HGA.
- Understand the importance of the required release forms.

NOTE: Remember! |
  There are NO costs of any kind for a HGA mission - neither to the patient or the patient's family. The Houston Ground Angels call upon a network of volunteer pilots and Ground Angels who fly their own private or rented aircraft and drive their own automobile, paying for fuel and all other related expenses. |
There is NO cost to become a volunteer with HGA. We do need active volunteers only so if for any reason you can not be an active volunteer please let us know so we can remove you from our active list. |
